3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if stock is unavailable or payment cannot be processed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods listed at checkout.
5. Shipping
We will process and dispatch orders as soon as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns & Refunds
We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
For change-of-mind returns:
Items must be returned unused and in original condition
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery
