Refund policy

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. 

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. 

For change-of-mind returns: 

  • Return requests must be made within 21 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as a store credit.
  • Sale items and customised products cannot be returned for change of mind unless required by law.
